Hello all from Mound, MN.
Having learned a lot during the past week or so I figured it was time to join the group. I have teamed up with my good friend Moundbrewer and we are looking forward to bottling our first batch (FLAT TIRE) on Monday night with a "NOBLE" Trappist ale still in the primary. Anxious to taste the first bottle (fingers crossed) we'll let you know how our first attempt turns out!
