I bought a 6oz pellet pack of Willamette hops and it will take me months to use it all up. How should I store the balance that I am not using? Fridge? Freezer? Also I have been using the same hops for starting and finishing. Is this ok and any suggestions to alter this?

In a FoodSaver Vacum bag or Zip-Lock bag in the freezer. You can use the same hop for bittering and finishing, it's a good way to get an idea of how a single hop tastes.

If you don't brew often, seal them up tight and put them in the freezer. For your second question using the same hop for bittering and finishing is ok, but it all depends on the type of hop and what you are brewing.
