I have the following hops that I'm going to use to make an IPA:
1 oz US Magnum (60 min bittering)
1 oz Nelson Sauvin (dry hop)
2 oz Australian Galaxy (1 oz for dry hop)
2 oz Australian Stella (1 oz for dry hop)
I'm trying to decide when I want to add the remaining oz of Galaxy and Stella. I'd also like to add a portion of the hops while the wort is cooling. I'm also open to the idea of adding some US hops as a complement to the NZ/Aussie hops.
The rest of the recipe (5 gallon batch) is going to have ~10 pounds base malt and some Crystal 40 and ferment with US-05.
Any suggestions would be great!
