So, I have an 001 yeast cake ready to be pitched on, and I've decided to brew a SMaSH Cascade Pale Ale. However, I'm new to all grain and new to putting recipes together.
The goal of this brew is to be around 4.5 to 6% ABV and to get a ton of cascade aroma and flavor.
Malt: 12 lbs of 2 Row
And...cascade hops lol. Any recommendations on amounts and addition times?
Thanks!
