So a few weeks ago I brewed an extract bass clone and while it was still rather green 3-4 weeks from boil to drinking my friends said they liked the beer but noted that you could tell right off the bat it was beer with a big hop bitterness that faded (described at BEEEEEeeeeerr....

I am going to convert this to AG and make it this weekend, but I am looking for suggestions or how to tame the hop punch slightly. (which is still there in this beer but I like it)

I case your wondering the reason for the .9 and .1 target was that my scale sucked.
