Anyone use hop bags? I bought a 15-gallon MegaPot with the Bazooka screen. The screen gets clogged very quickly and is a pain the arse. Looking into a false bottom for the kettle now. But I want to try out hop bags first. Anyone have any experience with these?

I use a nylon 5 gallon paint strainer bag in my boilpot, attached with 3 metal clamps, much like this: http://www.thebeerjournals.com/hop_bag_in_kettle.jpg (not my actual pic/site). Just rinse the bag out (dump and turn inside out) when done and I get a bunch of use out of a single bag, haven't noticed any difference in flavor, and the cleanup/transfer is much easier! I just leave it in the whole boil, which sanitizes it. You can get them at most hardware stores that sell paint.
