Ingredients:
4.5 lbs American 2 row
2.5 lbs White wheat
.5 lb Honey Malt
.5 lb Wheat Flaked
1 lb Liquid Honey
1 oz Cascade 60 min
.5 oz Cascade 10 min
.5 oz Cascade at Flameout
I do a partial boil of 4 gallons(due to equipment), with a top off of 2 gallons of water in the fermenter.
