The title mostly says it all -- I'm making a honey brown soon and thought that priming the bottles for carbonation with more honey instead of the priming sugar might be nice...
Has anyone tried this and does anyone have a suggestion as to how much I would need? I definitely like a little carbonation, but don't need a heady brown ale, or exploding bottles.
