I'm finally getting around to brewing a pale with some of the homegrown Cascade I got from my new friendcross in K-Zoo last October. Wanted to use only these hops, but after 4 oz. of leaf I thought it would be better to bitter with something stronger. I want to make something that will showcase the hops to decide on the quality of them. 45 IBU seems right to me, but I like hops. Critique please:
