So I'm all ready to brew a dunkleweizen from northern brewer and I open the box to find a Munich malt syrup and a pilsen malt syrup. They sent me pilsen instead of wheat. I'm gonna go with it and see how it turns out. Any predictions?

it will be beer, and probably pretty good. contact them about it with pictures - they will likely send you the missing ingredients for free

I have in the past, when I bought kits, got the occasional kit from NB that had mixed up ingredients. I went with it as delivered each time and ended up with beer, LOL! Some really good beers as a matter of fact. I suspect that will be the case with you as well.

The beer turned out pretty good. I can still taste the Munich malt, but it's also much lighter in color and pretty sweet. Monster head if your not careful pouring it.
