Historic Cincinnati Breweries/Distilleries from 1912 Sewerage Plans

Our records department recently scanned a sewer plan from 1912-1913. A part of the plan includes information on all major industrial users, which included a list of all breweries in the Cincinnati area at the time. I put together the excerpts of the sewer plan that included any information on breweries or distilleries, and put it here:

As of Jan. 1913, it was estimated that Cincinnati had 21 breweries producing a total of 2 million barrels per year!
