What does it mean when my saflager s-23 yeast says that there is high sedimentation. I will be using this yeast for a pilsner style beer
 
Think of sedimentation as flocculation, it just means the yeast will settle out to the bottom more as opposed to a wheat yeast like WB-06 that has low sedimentation or flocculation and will leave a lot of yeast in suspension for a longer period of time.
