Hello everyone, I'm finally getting around to introducing myself! So far everyone here seems great and extremely helpful. Lots of great info and all the experienced brewers are already proving to be an awesome resource.
So far with help and recipes from here I made a mead and it's bottled.
Now on to something I think I'll enjoy a little bit more, Friday I plan on making a milk stout of some kind and if anyone knows any good kits floating around let me know.
I'm also interested in picking up a few books about both brewing and beer in general, so if there are any top notch books out there I'd appreciate it if you pointed me in their direction.
