Hey everyone. I'm new to this forum. have been a long time lurker and information junkie, but decided to finally jump on board.
I'm a Chef by trade and have been brewing for a couple years. I know NOTHING and want to learn EVERYTHING.
I have alot of questions and will continue to try to educate myself.
