Hi everyone. I’ve been brewing beer since about 1999 or 2000 can’t exactly remember. I started wine around 1993. First batch was terrible lol.
Beer I went to whole grain fairly early. Haven’t brewed beer from grain in a while but planning to get back to it next week.
I’m in the process of converting a corney keg into a fermenter and plan to pressure ferment for the first time. Then do a closed transfer to the final keg.
I’m feeling like starting with a Guinness. Then maybe a milk stout, imperial stout or a Scottish ale.
Looking forward to seeing what others are doing for recipes, techniques and equipment wise.
