Been reading on this forum for quite a while on and off and I finally decided to take the plunge and start brewing. I started my first 2 batches on Saturday. An extract kit Creme Stout from Midwest brewing supplies, and a Bavarian Hefeweizen extract kit from True Brew. It was a fun day and I think things went well for my first time. Time will tell.

When you decide to do something you go all in, huh? 2 batches on your first day is pretty ambitious. Good luck - I hope they both turn out well.
