Hey guys. Just got into brewing recently and like many I'm getting addicted quickly. 
I know there's a couple other Nebraskans/Omahans on here, so shout out to you guys. I'm a day or two away from bottling my first batch, a 5-gallon porter, which has had a little bit of temp fluctuation (pretty much one switch from about 55F to 63F a couple days ago) so things might not turn out great but we'll see.
I just ordered a 10 gallon boil kettle because I hate partial boiling. Bought supplies at Lowes to make an immersion chiller for the kettle. Thanks in advance for helping me out with all my noobie questions, there's sure to be plenty of them. Looking forward to absorbing as much from the forum as I can!
