Welcome to the forum. I lived in what was West Germany for 4 years while in the US military. I loved my tour there and as a beer lover was in heaven. Sampling the beers there is what got me into homebrewing.
I brew a lot of American Craft style Ales, APA, Ambers and Browns. Also, English Bitters and Porters. I got a new fermentation fridge about a year ago so with 15 years of homebrewing am into Lagers now. I currently have a Vienna Lager and a Czech Pils on tap alongside my always on hand Strong Bitter.
