Hi all,

I've been a lurker here for some time, decided I'd better join up.

I'm a newb brewer, been brewing since last fall, with 4 batches so far. All extract/sp. grains, but looking to try partial mash soon. Lots of great info here...I have learned a lot just from sifting through. Especially postings from Revvy and Deathbrewer. Thanks for the helpful info!

I am an attorney in Minneapolis, and it was a fellow atty who got me into this pastime in the first place.

I love the interwebz for information - but there are a number of quality brewing groups around the Twin Cities. It's nice to get some face to face interaction as well.

No. It's just a play on words. Jehovah's Witness + Witness Protection
