I live in Tijuana Mx and and this year was big step for me and i really was interest in drinking not just good beer, but also reading, watching videos, and a lot of stuff for homebrewing... a mont ago i purchase a kit and also a ingredient kit of and extract and partial for a porter... i bottled and a couple od days i opened the very first. Well.. sincerely i got two mistakes or beginner problems in raking when i siphoned to secondary .. creating some air that for bad luck afecting the product flavor..
buy, i will keep triying and triying and soon i'll be in ALL GRAIN...
