I'm from Columbus, Ohio and I'm an absolute newbie as far as home brewing but have about a half dozen cider attempt under my belt at I try to hone my cider recipes. I came here looking for a couple pecan brown recipes (lazy magnolia or another ale) and decided to sign up so I can track the recipe threads I've found.
For brewing, I do have a friend who is an experienced home brewer and I get some help from.
My equipment: 55L brewzilla (plus still lid) and fermzilla gen 3.1.1, 35L g4 brewzilla, 18 kegs (4 with floating dip tubes for fermenting cider)
My brews:
10g LaBatt blue clone - it was ok
10g new Belgium 1554
