Gd'day all, just started BIAB all grain for my 1 st batch. Looking forward to the first taste.
 
Was wondering how long do I leave it to ferment as I'm at day 7 and there's no more activity in the fermenter, everything has separated and it looks nice a clear. My FG 1020 temp 79f.
Both brews are all grain IPAs.
 
Yeah still illegal but the craft industry is starting to gather momentum. I'm starting to grow hops this year to see we're it go's just as a experiment got 7 types started waiting to plant as soon as the rain stops.:D
 
1.020 sounds a bit high for FG, but I guess it depends on OG. I'd give it another 4-7 days and bottle (or keg).
