Going to try my hand at the Irish Stout extract kit this afternoon. I have a brew kettle large enough to boil all 5 gallons. That's what the fella at the beer store suggested, but I'm worried about adding too much hoppiness with the better hop utilization. Guess it'll be a game time decision.
