Hello: I have been doing the kits to start this year with a 75% success rate, by kit I mean bag of wort with yeast. Everyone has a different way etc etc. I recently acquired a brewzilla gen 3. I tired it for the first time what a mess! That said it was very volatile in fermenting the first 48hrs so i may be ok. The 2 issues I face are the clarity of the final product and once in a while I get an off taste in the final product, still drinkable but an almost citrus after taste.
