Hello I'm from regional Australia just brewed my first batch and came here to read up on the art of brewing beer.my first bottled batch looks good except for a sinking cloud in the bottle can't wait to open it.

I'm from Australia as well. I love this hobby and this forum. At the moment I'm 25 mins into the boil for a wheat beer. Just about to wash a keg to empty a fermenter into to make room for the new batch.
