I'm planning on brewing a mineraly Irish red ale. I have the water profile for where I live (haven't brewed with municipal water yet) and would be willing to post if that helps. I have no idea where to start. Thank you in advance

I can't offer specifics nor advice when starting with local water. I always start with RO water and build my profile from there. I use Bru'n Water which works great for figuring pH. It also has some build in profiles that might be worth exploring. I've only done two styles since I got back into brewing, NEIPA and a porter. The NEIPAs have been outstanding....the porter I'll know more in a couple weeks since it's only 6 days since I brewed.

Anyway, not really concrete info, but Bru'n Water will get you most of the way there.
