So I've been talking with Matt from Oakshire brewery in Oregon. They make a fantastic IPA called Watershed IPA but its not available in DC where I live so I'm trying to clone it. He sent me his recipe and I am trying to reduce it to a 5 gallon homebrew batch size. Below is what he told me, and below that is what I have in beersmith dialed down for 5 gallons. I swapped out Amarillo's for Zythos, because Amarillo's are impossible to find and it's what they've done in the past with good results. I'd appreciate any advice!
My Beersmith recipe:
15.1 Plato OG
2.8 plato FG
