I’m brewing my first all grain batch and have just opened the fermenter to add some dry hops, and on looking wasn’t sure if the beer was infected.
Picture is attached - there is a white around the top, but I’m not sure if this is just yeast - it looks slightly strange - I also used whole hops which I think is what the green bits are but I can’t be sure...
It was a very active fermentation with lots of blow off for the first couple of days (if that helps?!)
Any advice much appreciated!
