My temp controller on my freezer failed...I pitched yeast at 3pm yesterday....everything was fine up until last night. Temp was holding in mid 60s. Woke up this morning to a temp reading of 13. Beer doesn't appear to be frozen, maybe a bit slushy. I'm slowly letting it come back up to temp. I have an old pack or two of s05...pitch those when it comes back to temp or wait til Tuesday when homebrew store opens and buy a fresh pack? Do you all think it's worth trying to save,?
