Hi folks. I'm going to be trying a hopslam clone recipe this weekend, but I need some critique on the partial mash adaptation that I have done. I've only brewed about 30 gallons so far, and only a couple batches of partial grain. Trying to slowly move into all grain territory but with limited resources...

The original recipe is one posted to the forum by schweaty. Here's the grain bill.

14.50 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 70.73 %
3.00 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 14.63 %
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 4.88 %
0.50 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 2.44 %
0.50 lb Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 2.44 %

I've only got a 5 gallon kettle for this biab partial mash, so using Green Bay rackers I determined that I have room for 10 lbs of grain with 1.25 quarts of water for every lb of grain. That would leave 5 lbs of pale that needs to be replaced by extract. Assuming .75 LME per 1 lb of grain, I would add 7lbs LME.
That would look like this.

5 lbs pale malt
3 lbs Vienna malt
1 lbs caramel/crystal malt
.5 cara-pils/dextrine
.5 lbs honey malt
7 lbs pale LME

So, does this conversion look ok?
Is 1.25q/lb an ok water/grain ratio for biab?

Thanks guys. Really need some expert advice on this one.
