Hi Everyone,

I have a old Continental Light extract recipe that I would like to convert to a all grain recipe. It was a pretty simple recipe and only had two extracts.

4 lbs Alexander's Light
3.3 lbs Edme Light

I was going to substitute the following...

5 lbs 2-row Rahr
4.5 lbs Maris Otter

If it makes a difference I'm using a Grainfather.

Thanks for the help!!

If you could link to descriptions of the extracts, that would be great. I have heard of neither of those.

1 lb of LME = ~ 1.4 lb grain
1 lb of DME = ~ 1.6 lb grain

It sounds like these are both liquid extracts. In that case, you are close.
