Help choosing a yeast

Im attempting to brew a beer similar to long trails double bag but am stick with what yeast to use.
Og will be around 1.074 and fg around 1.017. It will also be lagered at 34 for 2 weeks or so. What yeast should i use and how much for a 4 gallon batch?
 
WLP 029 or 036 or another Alt yeast would be a good choice. Ferment cold (60ish) and lager.

Note that these are ale not lager yeast strains. Fermenting cold, a big starter is still important. Pitch more than you would for a typical ale.
