I'm doing a Belgian Witbier (recipe below). Instead of .5 oz Nugget at 40mins, I did 1oz :(

Should I add more Mt. Hood, bitter orange, or coriander or just let it ride?

Thanks.

let it ride. see what happens. nugget shouldn't kill you with an extra 1/2 oz.

I don't think it will be a big deal, you could skip the Mt. Hood, I don't usually do a 2nd hop addition in my wits but to each their own. Skippack....nice little town there...I used to live in Trappe myself. Good Luck!

=) Let it ride... just bottled a belgian wit with insane amounts of hops in it. Tastes pretty good so i'm sure your lil overage won't hurt much!
