Hello from the mile high city! My son who lives in South Dakota has gotten me into this great hobby and so far I love it. Brew my first batch of wine Friday, a red wine and my first batch of beer Sunday, tundra tit mouse it's called, a Belgium tripple. Both are bubbling g nice and the smell is fantastic in myhouse. Will start to bottle at 14 days or so and I'll post how it is doing. Question is can I drink any of either brews when I'm checking for gravity before the 1 month that it is supposed to take to ferment? Just gotta try this stuff if it is ok.
