Chad here from Carroll, Iowa, new to this forum, officially, have been reading and posting a lot though before signing up. Last few brews; Brutal Bittered Blackened Bastard (porter/IPA), Summer Ale (using grains of paradise), german style wheat, and a late summer Saison that has turned into a Belgian Dubbel due to my over addition of Munich Malt.
Future plans include moving to all grain, moving to kegging and some cool new brews. Beers in the works; Dogfish Head style IPA, Burboun Barrel Ale and an Imperial Chocolate Stout with Ancho Chile...
