I'm very interested in beer home brewing and using local ingredients. And I actually cultivate some fruits too.

Apricot, plum, plumcot, persimmon, apple jujube, cherry.. etc.

My neighbor from Austria has a persimmon tree and makes the best jellies I've had. I'm thinking added to the secondary in a saison,might have to trade for some on the next saison.
