Hello fellow brewers!!
I'm brand new to the forum and this is my first post.
I started brewing in 1990 when I was 16. I currently do small-batch all grain pale ales, IPAs and barleywines, with an occasional stout. Hops arouse me, but not in a sexual way.
BIAB is my current method; Im getting fair efficiency, and I really like the simplicity and small footprint equipment-wise.
Im an industrial engineer by education and trade, but I prefer making beer, mountain biking and building stuff.
Im currently setting up a mid/low-cost electric single vessel with a pump. I dunno, is that an EBIABRIMS?
Anyway, thanks for all the awesome information I wish I had found this place a decade ago!
