Hello From Omaha

Hi there from Omaha. I used to brew and got away from it for a while and now I want to start up again. Right now I'm working on revamping my beer system. I'm going to stick with extract and partial mash brews since life is so busy and I don't think I can do a full day for all grain. Hopefully I will be back up and running soon. My last beer was a 3 gal batch I did in a Mr brew kit in 2009 while I was in korea. I made up a recipe and got the ingredients from the states. Two other guys got a kit too and I helped them out. I just read the BIAB article, very interesting so maybe I'll try that!
