Hey all, Brian here from South Minneapolis.
I've been homebrewing for about 3 years, making wine for the last year as well, and I grow hops. As a Minneapolitan, I'm a fan of Surly, and even better....Town Hall (the best brewpub in the city) is opening up a new location just a few blocks from my house.
I saving up the dough to spring for all the equipment needed to go all-grain, but until then, I'm still doing the partial mash thing. Looking forward to sharing ideas!
