I brewed for a few years then quit and gave away all my equipment. That was 15 years ago.

I just found out a neighbor brewed and his batches turn out way better than mine ever did. Now I have the fever.

I went from 0-100 due to my OCD. I bought the nb delux set, American wheat kit (fermenting), kolsch kit, St Paul porter, 3 keg 2 regulator set, new 7cu freezer, ranco pid

Yes I am an idiot with OCD who loves his beer. I need to slow down a bit lol.

This is an awesome forum that has already taught me a lot.
