Hey everybody from Oregon! I've been brewing for about a year and a half now--started out with 5 gallon extract brews on our stove, got some equipment upgrades for Christmas and have moved on to a 5 gallon BIAB setup. Just got a chest freezer for my birthday and have a temperature regulator, so now we've got a working fermentation chamber as well! Gradually working on collecting a small reference library and am trying to learn as much as I can. This has been such a great hobby, really love the blend of art & science and it's a great creative outlet. It's nice to meet you all!
