Hi guys, just wanted to say hi, have just gotten into brewing. You can't really get much brewing supplies here so I have to get everything from the states, it can add up quickly but finally have all my all grain equipement. Started out with a Cooper's starter kit, not bad hardware at all but both Cooper's kits I tried (Canadian Blonde Ale and IPA) had such an extract twang that I really really don't like them. Right now I have 3 fermenters, 2 of them are bubbling away with a partial mash Surly Cynic clone and a Dawson's red multigrain ale, going for a raspberry wheat next week. I have the ingredients for a porter, an imperial stout and a Hefe on queue. Anywho thanks for all the great info and advice I have read and received from you guys and if you're ever here let me know. Cheers! :mug:
