Started by first batch of anything about two months ago. An orange Blossom mead. Its actually turned out very well.
Found this golden nugget of a resource through my numerous google searches looking for help.
I've brewed two ciders since, one straight apple and the other is a raspberry apple mix. By god that raspberry would make even the toughest cheeks pucker. Back sweetened with Erythritol, primed and bottled ready for this weekend. Been carbonating about a week and a half now
Looking forward to brewing some of the wild creations in the recipes
