New to the forum, already reading posts.

I've brewed three batches so far, two brown ales and one kolsch. Going to do a new batch this weekend, looking for something that will be perfect for the long nights of winter.

Hot? Yes, it is. We are running about 15-20 degrees above normal. Thankfully the temps this weekend will be normal and will be perfect for being outside while brewing beer.
