I am fairly new to brewing. Only done extract (well, one was partial mash). Will be doing my first all grain soon, since I just got the last part I needed for my mash tun yesterday and my new HLT arrives on Thursday.
I have 2 batches fermenting right now: A partial mash Doppelbock and an extract Maibock. Looking forward to bottling the Doppelbock this weekend. Well, maybe not looking forward to the actual bottling, but at least it will free up some room in my fermentation closet for my next batch and I am one step closer to drinking it!
