Greetings to all,
Im out of Avenel, New Jersey, work in NYC and have only recently found myself indulging in the joys of homebrewing. I am not sure what I have been doing for the last 46 years but I can tell you the next 46 will include a well rounded schedule of beer brewing.
At this moment, Im kicking back, enjoying a bottle from my second batch of Irish Red Ale. It's an easy recipe for most brewing veterans, but I have to say its damn good and Im proud of it!
Im sure I will be posting my questions, but, I must say Ive been reading a lot of the posts and thank you all for the good commentary. I dont have any friends that home brew, and so anything I am learning is coming from the experiences, questions, and responses from all of you.
