Hi! I'm Katie from Dayton, OH and just bottled my first batch last weekend. I keep Googling brewing questions and ending up here, so I thought I would join. I'm excited to brew again and appreciate that there's a place to go with questions that seems to have such knowledgeable and active members!

Just a shot in the dark but I am guessing your first batch is a IPA??? You are in good company here. Good Luck on your brewing, Prost!

Haha, actually we did an Irish Red to practice, but our next batch is hopefully going to be a Bell's Two-Hearted clone! Although since we are still so inexperienced, we are trying to convert a recipe I found to malt extract rather than all grain... But I'm SUPER excited to try brewing an IPA now that we've had a chance to practice the basics
