Hi brewers! ... just introducing myself. I'm RootvonRoot, head of RootvonRoot Cellars (alright, it's just my hobby, but it's fun). I've been making wine since July 2005 and my girlfriend bought me a beer making kit for Xmas 2006. So, I'm brewing my first beer - a pale ale. I'm excited to join this side of the brewing hobby and happy to be a part of this wonderful forum. CHEERS!
