I was watching tree house video and saw basically a mash recirc heating element on the side of a three vessel direct fire. Anyone have a list/place to source these parts needed? Open to a kit or doing it DIY but I like how this is off to the side.

That's just what is known as a RIMS (Recirculating Infusion Mash System.) Lots of information on RIMS in this forum.

A RIMS usually consists of a mash tun connected to a short pipe with an electric heating element in it. A pump draws wort from the mash tun, pushes it thru the RIMS tube, and the wort is fed back into the mash tun. You also need a controller to drive the heating element without overheating the wort.

You can buy components for building a RIMS from Brew Hardware (they are an HBT sponsor.)

Brew on :mug:
