Just started brewing around Christmas. And love it I have made a couple of Scottish Ales and my wife really like most the wheat beers I've made. Recently I made a wheat ale and tried to add some fresh peach juice after the first week of fermention and let it sit for a week and there is almost six inches of pulp on the bottom of my bucket is this normal? If not what do I do next time?
